Terms and Conditions — v1 draft (2026-10-23)
Plain words on purpose. This is the text every seller accepts at sign-up before they can continue, and again on the screen where they switch auto-post on. The version number at the top is what the app records against the account; change the text, bump the version, and every seller accepts it again. Owner to review before the first external seller; this is a draft, not legal advice.
1. What this tool does, and what it never promises
It reads public sold listings, your own sales export and your public closet, and turns them into prices, buy limits, a daily to-do list, and listings you review. Every number shows what it was computed from. It never guarantees a sale, a price, or that any platform will treat your account a particular way.
2. Automation, and the risk that comes with it
Poshmark's rules bar automated use of an account. A seller who uses any third-party tool to post, share, relist or delete may have listings removed or an account suspended. This risk exists with any third-party tool, not only this one. The cases that have been reported come mainly from bulk, high-velocity actions: share bots, mass delete-and-relist, hundreds of listings fired in minutes.
This tool never performs bulk actions. This is why we focus on single actions rather than huge bulk runs: to mitigate the risk of your account being suspended. One listing at a time, with you in front of it.
You have three ways to post, and you choose every time:
- Copy. Every field is a tap-to-copy box. Nothing touches your account but you. If you never want to automate anything, this is the way, and it is a full way, not a lesser one.
- Fill. The browser extension fills Poshmark's listing form for you, in your own browser, on your click. You read the form and press List yourself.
- Auto-post. Off until you switch it on here in settings. The extension presses List for you, one listing at a time, only while the Poshmark tab is open in front of you, with a countdown you can cancel, a pause between listings and a ceiling per hour. It stops on anything unexpected and hands you the filled form instead.
If you switch auto-post on, you accept that the exposure described above is yours. The tool never stores your Poshmark login, never runs a browser in the cloud on your behalf, and never shares, follows, likes, sends offers, deletes or relists on its own.
3. You review every listing
The listing writer uses only the facts you entered or that were read from your tag photos, and an auditor checks every claim against them. Mistakes still happen. You read every listing before it goes out, and what you post is yours.
4. Your data
We hold: public listing pages collected through a third-party service, your sales export if you upload it, your public closet listings, the items and costs you enter, and the model calls made for you (counts and cost, not your photos). Photos are read once and never stored. Your data is yours: export it any time, and it is deleted when you ask or when you close your account. We never sell or republish it.
5. Billing
One flat plan. No listing caps, no credits, no tiers. Cancel any time; cancel means cancel, with no charges after that date. Founding sellers keep their price for as long as they stay.
6. Support
A person answers. Email formesell@gmail.com; a reply within a day during the beta.
7. Changes
If these terms change, the version at the top changes and you will be asked to accept the new text before continuing.
