the closet that pays you back

Plain words about what Resell For Me and its browser extension hold, send, and never touch. Questions: formesell@gmail.com.

1. What the app holds

Your email and a password hash (never the password), the items you enter and their costs, your public closet listings, your sales export if you upload it (buyer names and addresses are dropped before anything is stored, and the file itself is deleted after import), and the model calls made for you (counts and cost). Market data is collected from public listing pages through a third-party service and kept as aggregates with the minimum fields.

Photos are read once and never stored. A photo you upload to identify an item or read a tag is processed in memory and discarded.

2. What the browser extension holds and sends

The extension keeps two things on your computer: the pairing token you pasted from Settings, and a note of the last thing it sent and whether that worked. It never sees or stores your Poshmark password or cookies.

It sends to the app: the result of a fill (which fields it filled, which it could not), the form's field names and labels when you press "report the form fields" (never the values you typed), and "listed" when you confirm a listing. It reads from the app: your own listing packs.

It never shares, follows, likes, sends offers, deletes or relists. It runs only on poshmark.com/create-listing, only when you press a button, and it never runs while you are away.

3. What we never do

We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, never republish collected listings, and never store photos. Seller identities in market data are salted hashes used only to count listings.

4. Deleting your data

Un-pair the extension in Settings and it forgets its token. Close your account and everything of yours is deleted. Email formesell@gmail.com and a person does it.
